The female dog must be isolated and kept away from other dogs, dog parks, and contained in the home during the entire heat cycle (approx. 2-3 weeks). Do you understand and agree?

The guardian home is responsible for the transportation of the dog to us when needed for breeding, litters, or health testing. Do you understand and agree?

You are required to feed the dog a high quality food approved by Sun Valley Goldendoodles. Do you understand and agree to these terms?
