"B" stands for backcross, meaning an F1 Irishdoodle  (first generation 50/50 irish setter / poodle) was bred back to a purebred poodle. This makes the puppies 75% poodle and 25% irish setter, the higher content of poodle means they will not shed and have a higher liklihood of being hypoallergenic.
